We offer PLA, PLA+, PETG, ABS, and TPU. Each material has different properties for strength, heat resistance, and flexibility. Our team will recommend the best material for your application.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. If you do not have a 3D model, we also provide CAD modeling services at additional charges.

What is the maximum print size?

Our current maximum single-part print volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger parts can be printed in sections and assembled upon request.

What is the lead time?

Standard production lead time is 5–7 working days from design approval and 50% advance payment. Rush production is available at additional charges.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on material, print time, part volume, and post-processing requirements. Please share your 3D file with us via our Website, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, or Phone. We will share a detailed quotation within 24 hours.

Do you offer post-processing?

Yes. We offer sanding, priming, painting, vapor smoothing, and assembly as paid add-on services.

Yes. All customer files and projects are treated as confidential. We do not share, reproduce, or retain your files without permission.
